We were so honored to be invited by our partners at Life Science Cares to assemble 150 Healthy Living Kits for the families we serve. Each kit was thoughtfully packed with resources to help families build healthy habits at home, and even start their very own garden. πΏ
Watching so many passionate people come together to assemble these kits with so much care and intention reminded us that wellness is a community effort. Every single person who stopped by and rolled up their sleeves that day made a direct impact on the families we walk alongside every day. π
To Life Sciences Cares, thank you for inviting us into this space and for your ongoing commitment to the wellbeing of our community. To every volunteer who made this possible, we are endlessly grateful. π§‘
Here is to healthier homes, thriving families, and the incredible people who make it all happen. π±

A new healing journey is about to begin. πΏπ
We are excited to announce that our next Healing Through Nature cohort kicks off on August 15th and we would love for you to be part of it!
Healing Through Nature is a program designed for families of patients who have completed treatment, creating space to breathe, reconnect, and find restoration through the power of nature. Because the journey does not end when treatment does, and every family deserves the chance to heal. π±
If you or a family you know would benefit from this experience, we would love to have you join us. Reach out to Tania Zavala at tania@enfhope.org for more information and to reserve your spot.

Proud to partner with SDG&E to bring useful energy-saving tips to our community this summer. βοΈ
As temperatures rise, keeping your business cool does not have to mean higher bills. Here are a few simple ways to stay comfortable and save energy all summer long.
π‘οΈ Adjust your thermostat during unoccupied hours and let a smart thermostat do the work for you.
πͺ Block direct sunlight with blinds, shades, or window film to reduce the strain on your cooling system.
π§ Check and replace air filters monthly to keep your HVAC running efficiently.
πͺ Seal gaps around doors, windows, and ducts so cool air stays where it belongs.
β‘ Reduce energy use between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. when demand and pricing are at their highest.
Small changes can make a big difference for your bottom line and for the grid we all share. For more energy saving tips and resources, visit sdge.com/MyBusiness π

There are people who write a check, and then there are people who truly invest in a community. The Charles Tiano Family is the latter. Their Harvest Champion support of Harvest for Hope goes far beyond a sponsorship. It is a statement that every child deserves a fighting chance, and that no family should have to face cancer without someone in their corner. π§‘
We would love for you to join us in honoring partners like them on September 17th at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar.

We were so honored to be welcomed at the Falcon West team outing day, where they traded the office for a picnic AND made a lasting impact for children battling cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
Together they packed Emilioβs Snack Bags that will go directly to children receiving treatment, bringing a little comfort and a lot of love during some of their hardest days. Seeing a team and their families show up with that kind of energy and heart means everything to us. π
Falcon West, thank you for choosing to spend your team outing day giving back. You reminded us that the most meaningful moments happen when we pour into others. We are so grateful for your partnership and cannot wait to do it again! π
