This International Firefighters Day, we honor the bravery, sacrifice, and heart of firefighters everywhere — including one of our very own ENF dads, Casey.

As a dedicated firefighter, Casey serves his community with courage. But his greatest act of heroism may be the love and strength he brings home. After his daughter Kaliʻa was diagnosed, Casey and his wife Heather faced unimaginable challenges with grace.

Their sons, Knox and Kain, stood strong too — and it was Kain who donated his bone marrow to save his little sister’s life.

Casey, your story is a powerful reminder that true heroism lives both in the station and at home. Thank you — and thank you to all firefighters and their families for the sacrifices you make every day.
